At Perfumeshark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at returns@perfumeshark.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure the Fragrance
Carefully pack the item in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and verifies its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
